Participation
in each event also gives you points towards our National hostess award. National Hostess receives a beautiful large crown,
Very Nice age appropriate gifts and more. If you would like additional information on the Hostess program please contact me.
Current Events
July 4th 2007, 4th of July Parade Middleburg Florida. (Any White Bottoms) Deadline to Register June 25th.
All T Shirt Orders need to be in by this date to have them back on time (No Exceptions).
Car Wash (Fundraiser for State or Nationals 2007)

Crowning Beauty pageant system requests that every contestant who participates in any of the events
to purchase a T – Shirt so that everyone will know that we are a group working together to help the community. This
T-shirt will be used for all events; you will not be required to purchase a different one for each event.

Optional matching Cheer Style Shorts (Says Queen on the back) $15.00 ________
Registration Forms Must be received by the date indicated for the event, If You already have your T
shirt you can register for the event up to 24 hours prior to the event.

I understand that Crowning Beauty and/ or any event coordinators are not responsible for; injuries
that may occur, stolen or misplaced items and any damages that may occur while participating in event. I also understand that while participating in any event, that I/My child will follow all rules concerning
positive sportsmanship & rules given regarding safety while riding on the float. Contestants are required to be in their
T-shirt and white bottoms or Optional Cheer Style Shorts, appropriate behavior is expected at all times. Contestants will
not be permitted to participate without Signature of an adult.
